is owned and operated by Mike and Kerrin Craig.

Mike has been working on the water as a commercial fisherman for 25 years. After the great LI Sound Lobster Die-Off they started raising oysters in 2002 in the Peconic Bay on the eastern end of Long Island NY, hence East End Oysters!!

Our mission is to produce the perfect raw bar oyster: uniform shaped, deep cup with good color and a clean crisp salty, yet sweet flavor. This entails a lot of hands on effort and constant quality control. Our oysters are grown in their natural environment using the latest in aquaculture technology. They are never in the bottom. They are set in trays, and raised in racks at the bottom of the Peconic Bays. Our product is cleaned and tumbled bi-weekly during the peak growing season to insure us with a uniformed product.
